15. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their ShipperDock account and associated personal information at any time by emailing support@shipperdock.com from the email address associated with their account.

Upon verification of the account owner’s identity, we will process valid account deletion requests within 7 business days.

When an account deletion request is approved, we will permanently delete the user’s account and associated personal information, except information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Payment and billing records
Fraud prevention and security records
Dispute resolution records
Tax and accounting records
Information required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
